Our corporate offices are located in Olathe, Kansas; however we service our clients on a national basis. We are a full service roofing company with a specialty in commercial multi-family dwellings, high-rise & mid-rise buildings, shopping malls and strip centers, institutional buildings, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution facilities. At Allstate Roofing, we only use the highest quality materials available with guaranteed workmanship. We have the highest integrity, values honesty and reliability in the roofing industry.

About Our Owner
Bernie Belcher has spent most of his adult life in the roofing business, with over 50 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential roofing. He has a wide range of knowledge and personal experience which serves as a basis of consulting for architects and engineers, property owners and managers, insurance companies and adjusters. Bernie Belcher holds many various and all relevant licenses from local and state governments in roofing and construction in general. As a roofing specialist, Bernie Belcher has had the pleasure of working with great clients from the commercial, industrial and residential industries. He has performed work for some of the most highly respectable property managers, owners, general contractors, developers and home owners nationwide.
As a businessman who understands the necessity for master craftsmanship, Bernie Belcher holds many special certifications and awards for roofing installation of the highest quality, awarded by manufacturers of roofing products who have seen his work. His understanding that 2/3 of all roof failures are due to improper installation and 90% of all roofs are not installed according to National roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and manufacturers guidelines, is what makes quality of workmanship his top priority.
Bernie’s extensive knowledge of commercial, residential, and multi-family construction as well as roofing, has made him a go-to consultant for many highly reputable property owners and managers around the KC metro and throughout the country. In his spare time, Bernie enjoys fly fishing and cherishes moments spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Deon Belcher
Deon Belcher has been an integral part of Allstate Roofing since its inception in 1983. Working in front office operations, administration, accounting, and customer relations, Deon helps ensure every client interaction reflects the professionalism and care Allstate is known for. She holds various business degrees and certifications and brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work. Outside the office, Deon enjoys learning about and teaching holistic healing, creating beauty in the outdoors, and spending meaningful time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

As Bernie and Deon’s son, Damin Belcher has been immersed in the roofing industry his entire life. He began roofing during summers in high school and has spent more than 35 years running roofing jobs, building a reputation for precision, accountability, and quality workmanship. As Commercial Project Manager, Damin oversees complex commercial and multi-family roofing projects and holds all required licenses along with numerous certifications from governing bodies and roofing system manufacturers. He is highly respected by commercial roofing manufacturer inspectors and is widely known for installing some of the highest-quality roof systems in the industry. Outside of work, Damin enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time with family and grandchildren.
Tabor Belcher
Tabor Belcher represents the next generation of Allstate Roofing, bringing both tradition and modern expertise to the residential side of the business. The son of Damin Belcher, Tabor grew up around roofing and spent summers working on roofs before graduating from the University of Kansas in 2020. He also served five years in the United States Marine Corps before returning home to Kansas City with his wife and two sons to join Allstate Roofing. Today, Tabor works in Residential Sales and Operations and holds multiple certifications from leading residential roofing system manufacturers. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family.
